Reservation and Cancellation Policies
An initial deposit of 40% or 50% of the total amount of the booked services will be required in order to confirm your booking.
This deposit is non-refundable. Any cancellation of reservations must be communicated in writing.
In the case of a cancellation, the original deposit paid will be retained and will be converted into a voucher of equal amount to be spent within one year from the date of issue.
Cancellations for holiday periods (Christmas, New Year, Easter) will be accepted up to one week before the check-in date.
No refund will be given to guests who decide to terminate booking during their stay and guests will be obligated to pay for the entire stay booked.
At Agriturismo Poggio agli Ulivi, your pets are welcome. Inform us of their presence at the time of booking and we will be happy to have them with us.
